Celebrating Heritage for All

Join Colorado Preservation, Inc., History Colorado, CCPA and our partners for a morning of advocacy and visibility at the Colorado State Capitol on Tuesday, February 10, from 7:00–9:00 a.m. on the second floor outside the Old Supreme Court.

At 9:00 a.m., participants are welcome to join the proclamation in the chamber as the morning session begins. Please click this Link for a PDF flyer.

What to expect

Throughout the morning, history and preservation organizations from across the state will host tables highlighting the impact of heritage work within Colorado. CCPA will be hosting 1/2 a table and is looking for fellow archaeologists to help represent our industry.

Participants

Attendees are encouraged to stop by, engage with legislators and fellow advocates, and show their support by wearing blue as a visible sign of unity around the importance of Colorado's past. Together, our presence sends a powerful message: preserving Colorado’s places, stories, and heritage matters to our communities, our economy, and our future.
