While the organization may provide input on relevant legislation or policy, CCPA does not engage in partisan activity or endorse political candidates.

Fight Back - Cultural Heritage Partners
Fight Back is a rapid-response hub created to oppose the Trump administration’s Executive Order declaring a National Energy Emergency, which allows federal agencies to bypass Section 106 protections for historic and cultural sites. It tracks emergency-listed projects, provides legal analyses, and highlights lawsuits and press coverage challenging the order’s legitimacy. Visitors can find advocacy toolkits, submit preservation alerts, and join a network defending heritage from fast-tracked development.
