The CCPA Bylaws state that the Council shall meet annually in a regular session in February or March, and on other occasions as the membership shall deem necessary. Attendance at meetings is encouraged but is not required to sustain membership.

Once a year CCPA members from far and wide come together to: Attend the Business meeting and find out what the Board is really doing with your membership dues Educate themselves by listening to papers exquisitely presented by other CCPA members Catch up with their peers at the Early Bird and Banquet events Raise money for the Ward Weakly Scholarship Fund by participating in various fun fund raisers.
